All natural crystal stones have unique inherent features including color variations, internal inclusions, veining and texture differences. Minor discrepancies between delivered goods and listing photographs are natural traits and not manufacturing defects.
3. Customized Service Notice
Our master creates personalized crystal works based on your name, age, gender and wishes. Each custom piece requires a 5-day prayer ritual. Each master accepts a maximum of 12 custom orders per day. Custom orders will be shipped within 7 days after payment.
Customized crystal products are non-refundable and non-returnable without confirmed manufacturing defects.
